What is the minimum order for custom t-shirts?
For screen printed t-shirts, our minimum is 24 pieces. DTF printing has no minimum—order as few as 1 shirt. Screen print minimums can be mixed across sizes within a style and color.
Screen printing or DTF—which is better?
Screen printing offers the best value for orders of 24+ with bold, durable results. DTF is ideal for smaller quantities, photographic images, or designs with many colors. We'll recommend the best method for your project.
What t-shirt weight should I choose?
Lightweight (4.0-4.5 oz) is great for giveaways and Florida heat. Midweight (5.0-5.5 oz) offers the best balance. Heavyweight (6.0+ oz) provides a premium feel for merchandise. We can send samples.
How long does t-shirt production take?
Screen printed t-shirts: 7-10 business days. DTF printed t-shirts: 5-7 business days. Rush options available when capacity allows.
Can I print on both sides?
Absolutely! Front and back printing is very popular. We also offer sleeve prints and inside neck label printing. Each print location is priced separately.
Do you offer women's and youth sizes?
Yes! Most brands offer women's-specific fits and youth sizes. Women's tees have tailored proportions. We carry sizes from Youth XS to Adult 5XL in select styles.
