What is the minimum order for embroidery?
Our minimum order for embroidery is 12 pieces. This allows us to efficiently set up our machines while keeping costs reasonable for smaller orders.
How long does embroidery take?
Standard turnaround for embroidery is 7-10 business days from artwork approval. Rush orders are available with 3-5 day turnaround. New designs require digitizing which adds 1-2 days.
What is digitizing and do I need it?
Digitizing converts your logo artwork into a stitch file that our embroidery machines can read. Every design needs to be digitized, but we include free digitizing for most logos. Complex designs may have a small fee.
How many colors can you embroider?
We can embroider up to 15 thread colors in a single design. Each color is stitched separately for crisp, clean results. We have access to over 1,500 thread colors for precise brand matching.
What file format do you need for my logo?
We accept all common formats including AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) produce the best digitizing results. Don't have a high-quality file? We can often work with what you have.
Can you add individual names to each piece?
Yes! We offer name personalization on uniforms, jackets, and other garments. Names can be added below logos or on opposite sides. There's a small per-name fee for this service.
What's the largest embroidery area you can do?
Our standard embroidery area is up to 12" x 12". For back designs, we can embroider areas up to 14" wide. Large designs like full jacket backs may require multiple hoopings.
