No! We have no minimum order requirements. Whether you ship 10 orders a month or 10,000, we can handle it. You pay only for the services you use—storage, pick & pack, and shipping.
How quickly do orders ship?
Orders received by 2PM EST ship same day. All other orders ship next business day. We maintain a 99.5%+ on-time shipping rate.
What e-commerce platforms do you integrate with?
We integrate with Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Etsy, Amazon, and more. Orders sync automatically in real-time. We can also accept orders via CSV upload or manual entry.
How is storage pricing calculated?
Storage is billed by cubic foot per month. We provide transparent pricing based on your actual usage. Small brands typically pay $50-200/month for storage, while larger operations scale accordingly.
Can you handle returns?
Yes! We offer complete returns processing. Items are inspected, restocked if appropriate, and tracked in your inventory. We can also handle exchanges and refund processing.
Do you offer branded packaging?
Absolutely! We can use your custom boxes, poly mailers, tissue paper, stickers, and inserts. Branded packing slips are included, and we can add custom thank-you cards or promotional materials.
How do I track my inventory?
Our online portal provides real-time inventory levels, order status, and shipping information. You can set low-stock alerts, view historical data, and download reports at any time.
Can you fulfill orders internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide through UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. International shipping rates are calculated automatically based on destination and package weight.
